Grounded in Jungian depth psychology, I support adults in developing a deeper relationship with themselves through reflection, symbolic understanding, and the gradual process of individuation.

Sessions are available online in English and Dutch.

Depth-Oriented Self-Exploration

There are moments in life when familiar ways of living no longer feel sufficient. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, questioning your direction, struggling with inner conflict, or sensing that something deeper is asking for your attention.

This work offers a reflective space to explore these experiences through the lens of Jungian depth psychology. Rather than seeking quick answers or immediate solutions, it invites a gradual process of self-understanding, symbolic exploration, and personal transformation we know as individuation.

My Approach

As a Jungian Analyst, my work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and the tradition of analytical psychology.

Together we explore the symbolic language of the psyche through reflection, unconscious patterns, dream material, imagination, emotional experience, and questions of meaning. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or symptom treatment, this work invites a deeper understanding of the unconscious forces that shape your inner life.

At the heart of my approach is the Jungian principle of individuation—the lifelong process of becoming more conscious, more authentic, and more fully yourself. Rather than trying to eliminate every difficulty, we seek to understand what your experiences may be asking of you and how they can contribute to your psychological development.

This is a depth-oriented process that unfolds gradually. Insight and lasting change emerge through reflection, curiosity, and dialogue with the unconscious, rather than through quick techniques or fixed solutions.

How It Works

We begin with a complimentary 15-minute introductory conversation. This gives us the opportunity to explore what brings you here, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether this way of working feels like the right fit for you.

After that we proceed with regular 60 minute sessions that will take place online via Zoom, your next session can always be booked directly via the online planner on the website here. The pace of our work is guided by your individual process, allowing space for meaningful reflection, lasting insight, and personal development.
